Description
The story follows three house pets—a young Labrador retriever, an elderly bull terrier, and a sprightly Siamese cat—on a perilous, 250-mile journey through the Canadian wilderness. After their owners drop them off with a family friend, instinct tells the animals that their true home lies to the west, and they set out to find their way back. Along the way, they must overcome the dangers of starvation, wild animals, and the natural elements, surviving only by depending on each other
