Description
Tom Clone was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment for the brutal murder of a vivacious young woman. Now, thirteen years later, the evidence uncovered by a brilliant FBI agent reveals that Tom is innocent. When psychologist Alan Gregory is called in to ease Tom’s return to life beyond bars, the young man’s treatment will become one of the darkest, most menacing cases of Alan’s career, one that will take him on a journey into the treacherous Colorado mountains, into the dark closets of a woman’s disturbing past, and finally into the back alleys of Gregory’s own mind. Is vengeance justified in the face of injustice and tragedy? The answer may rest in the mind, in the heart, or in the hard facts. In THE BEST REVENGE, the answers come in a shattering climax that could only have been written by a storyteller with a rare insight into the human psyche.
